Its a word play ... "posta" is translated in post office, but in slang means something else .... more boys standing in line to "do" a girl. spunk_boy got the rest of thr translation right. You get the ideea ;).

This photo was taken some years ago during a protest meeting against Romanian Post Office. The text from the banner gramatically means: "If you want real post office, then tell us". But the girls forgot about the other meaning of "poşta" or "a poşti" (verb) which in romanian means "to share something" (for instance to smoke a cigarette by passing it from one to another) or "to share somebody" (for instance by way of gang-raping). ;)

Oricum inainte sa pomenesti cuvantul DEX, trebuie sa stii ca respectivul cuvantul face parte din argou, iar tot in dictionarul roman de argou mai gasesti si cuvinte precum: naşpa, bulan*giu, miştocareala, etc...
