Pe o tablă de dimensiune 8x8 (cum este cea de şah de exemplu), să se aşeze toate piesele de puzzle ce pot fi formate din 5 pătrăţele (ele sunt în număr de 12, şi sunt afişate în figură) împreună cu piesa de puzzle cu latura de 2 pătrăţele, în aşa fel încât să acoperim toate pătrăţelele tablei. Piesele pot fi rotite şi aşezate ori pe faţă, ori pe spate. |
